About Blue House
Founded and operated by Cathy Gabor, Blue House Family Childcare is a small, relationship-centered program where children feel at home. We blend outdoor exploration, creative play, and gentle routines inspired by the Continuum Concept by Jean Leidloff.

Toddlers (12 to 30 months)
Language bursts, sensory play, fine-motor exploration, attachment-supportive routines.
Preschoolers (3 to 5 years)
Nature walks, pre-literacy, counting through play, cooperative games, and creative projects.

- 8:00 - Warm welcome and free play
- 9:00 - Snack
- 9:30 - Outdoor adventure
- 11:00 - Lunch
- 11:30 - Circle and story time
- 12:00 - Naps and quiet activity
- 3:00 - Snack
- 3:30 - Active play and art
- 4:00 to 5:00 - Pick up

Hours and calendar
Mon to Thu 8:00 to 5:00 · Fri 8:00 to 3:00. Closed on statutory holidays and select breaks. Annual calendar provided upon enrollment.
Policies
Our Family Handbook covers illness, nutrition, rest, guidance, and outdoor play. We partner closely with parents.

Availability and rates
Limited full-time and part-time spaces. Registered with the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CFRI) and the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB).
